Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data the Clinostics website at clinostics.com collects, why, where it goes, how long it is kept, and what you can do about it. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
Who is responsible
CLIN CLUB PRIVATE LIMITED, Door No. 7-102, One Center, Potti Sriramulu Street, Gollapudi, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh 521225, India, runs this website and is responsible for the personal data it collects.
What we collect
When you ask for a demo or send us a question. The contact form asks for your name, your organisation and what kind of organisation it is, your mobile number, your city, and the offering you are interested in. You can also give your email address and write a message; both are optional. The form records that you agreed to be contacted.
Analytics, only with your consent. If you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and records the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site, and the kind of device and browser you use. If you choose "Reject", or make no choice, nothing is sent to Google.
A check that you are a person. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs. To do that, Cloudflare processes technical details about your browser and your connection, including your IP address.
Server logs. Like most websites, our servers record each request they receive: the address requested, the time, your IP address and your browser. We also count how many requests come from one address within an hour, to protect the form from automated abuse.
Why we collect it
- To answer your request: to call or write back about a demo or a question.
- To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it. This uses analytics data, which we collect only with your consent.
- To keep the site and the form safe from automated abuse.
Where it goes
- Your demo request is sent as an email to our sales inbox through Resend, an email delivery service. If you gave an email address, it is set as the reply address, so that we can answer you directly.
- Analytics data goes to Google Analytics, and only after you consent.
- The bot check is done by Cloudflare.
- Server logs are kept by Microsoft Azure, which hosts the site and the service behind the form.
We do not sell personal data.
What we do not keep
Form submissions are not stored in a database. The only copy of your request is the email in our sales inbox.
How long we keep it
The email with your request is kept for 12 months and then deleted. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account. Server logs are kept for as long as our hosting provider's standard logging keeps them.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct it, if it is wrong or incomplete.
- Erase it, once we no longer need it to answer you.
- Withdraw consent to analytics at any time, through "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent stops further collection; it does not undo what was collected before.
- Raise a grievance if you think we have handled your personal data wrongly.
To use any of these rights, email us at sales@clinostics.com with "Privacy" in the subject line. We will reply as soon as we can. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

We may change this notice as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
