What it does
Batch and expiry tracking
Every item is held batch by batch with its expiry. The dashboard flags stock that is running low, out, expiring or expired, so you act before a sale is lost or a batch goes to waste.
Purchasing and distributors
Raise purchase orders, record goods received and enter distributor bills. See what you owe each distributor and settle bills as you pay them.
Counter sales and returns
Bill at the counter in cash or UPI against the open cash drawer. Take returns against the original sale, with an A5 receipt printed for every sale and every return.
GST reports
GST sales, GST purchase and GST summary reports are built in, so your accountant works from the figures in the app at filing time.
Owner dashboard
Sales analytics, the current session, top-selling medicines and stock value on one screen, with profit, margin and expired-loss figures in the financial reports.
Prescriptions from the doctor's desk
In a clinic or hospital, a prescription written at the desk arrives at the counter as a pending order. Convert it to a sale, adjusting the lines when you need to, and it is billed like any other.

Do I need to install anything?
No. Clinostics Pharmacy runs in your browser, so there is no server at your store and nothing to install on the counter PC. Open the site, sign in and start billing.

Does it handle GST?
Yes. GST sales, GST purchase and GST summary reports are built in, so your accountant works from the figures in the app rather than from a pile of bills.
