These terms cover your use of the Clinostics website at clinostics.com, which is run by CLIN CLUB PRIVATE LIMITED ("we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

You may browse the site and use the contact form to ask for a demo or to ask us a question. In return we ask that you:

  • give true details in the form, and only your own or your organisation's;
  • do not use automated programs to submit the form, copy the site or probe it for weaknesses;
  • do not interfere with the site or the services behind it.

No warranty on the site's content

The site describes our offerings as they stand on the date at the top of each page. We work to keep it accurate, but it is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. Features, prices and availability may change, and a description on this site is not an offer. Nothing on the site is medical, legal or other professional advice.

Using the products is a separate agreement

This site is a brochure. Using Clinostics itself, including Clinostics Pharmacy and any other offering, is governed by the customer agreement your organisation signs with us, not by these terms. Where the two differ, the customer agreement applies to the product.

The Clinostics and Clin-Club names and logos, and everything on this site, including its text, images and design, belong to CLIN CLUB PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. You may read and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, publish or reuse them for any other purpose without our written permission.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what personal data the site collects and how it is handled.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows when they were last updated, and the version on the site when you use it is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about them, or about the site, is subject to the courts of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
